KJOY was founded in 2016 by Kgomotso Joy Mokoena, a passionate entrepreneur who believed that professional cleaning services should be accessible, affordable, and delivered with genuine care. Starting with just three team members and a borrowed van, she built KJOY from the ground up.
The name KJOY reflects our founder's initials and our core promise: to bring joy into every space we clean. We draw inspiration from the African concept of ubuntu — the belief that we are all interconnected, and that caring for others' spaces is an act of community love.
Today, KJOY employs over 50 dedicated professionals across Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Western Cape, serving thousands of happy clients with the same passion and attention to detail that started it all.
